Advanced technical tools ensure that all stages of product development meet these stringent quality standards. Among the many specific areas of testing, Kumar is able to perform precision colour matching, test paperboard, coatings and varnishes.

All processes and procedures are under constant review and are modified as necessary to meet new requirements. Kumar also maintains an extremely proactive relationship with clients, eliciting and responding to customer feedback.

In addition to the ISO 9001: 2000 , Kumar is implementing the EHS procedures and will aim for ISO 14001 and OHSAS certification by June 2006.
