We believe that the output of any good process must meet and exceed client expectation consistently every time. All our processes are controlled and recorded to ensure exact repeatability over time. This is enabled by rigorous documentation and proper SOPs in all departments. We maintain a record of all documents in our ERP system, which provides rich data for learning and process improvement. We regularly apply core quality tools like as PFMEA, Measurement System analysis, KAIZEN, Why-Why analysis, Statistical process control, Quality circle time, to make our procedures and processes more systematic and precise.

 

​Internal and external audits are routinely conducted to measure and test the robustness of our processes, and to to grow continuously through feedback.
